Kevin Kelly is CEO and director of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc., the world's premier executive search and leadership consulting firm.



Before being named as CEO, he served as President of the firm's Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions; as Regional Managing Partner, Asia Pacific; and as leader of the firm's Tokyo office. He has a respected record of success as a search consultant and proven manager and has earned multiple industry awards and completed numerous top-level assignments while working in New York, London, and Tokyo.



Kelly holds an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor's degree from George Mason University.
