This special volume contains papers from the 6th Annual OBA Charter Conference, celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. A panel of outstanding speakers from private and public practice, academia and the Bench discussed significant developments in substantive and practice issues under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
The conference included an overview of recent Supreme Court decisions, and previewed important upcoming cases and trends in Charter law. Other seminars dealt with subjects ranging from remedial and practice issues in Constitutional litigation, to substantive legal developments in areas including national security and equality rights.
